Who We Are
Rafael Grigorian Ballet Theatre is a non-profit company dedicated to bringing classical ballet performances to the Southern tier of New York. As the sole choreographer and artistic director, Rafael Grigorian whose wealth of knowledge and experience in the art of dance was able to build upon the current success the Rafael Grigorian School of Ballet. Students of the school are company dancers as well as local dancers that would like to audition. The company also has visiting professionals from around the country. The culture that the company provides for it's dancers as well as those in the audience is unsurpassed in the area.

Rafael Grigorian Ballet Theatre (RGBT) values the opportunity to promote the arts while encouraging young people to become more well-rounded by participating in dance education and performance. RGBT is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and relies on the families and friends of the Company for its financial support and production planning.
